Description

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a strong background in email marketing design and platform execution for a fully remote digital agency supporting eCommerce and DTC clients. In this role, you'll be hands-on in creating and building email campaigns directly inside tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Listrak.

Key Responsibilities

+ Design visually compelling, brand-aligned emails using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Listrak

+ Build responsive, mobile-first email templates (HTML/CSS)

+ Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement campaign and flow assets

+ Own end-to-end creative for email: from visual layout to testing and final deployment (as needed)

+ Maintain design systems and reusable components for scalable email production

+ Optimize design based on performance metrics and A/B testing insights

Requirements

+ 3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a focus on email

+ Advanced proficiency with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and ideally Listrak

+ Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, accessibility, and deliverability

+ Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and HTML/CSS for email

+ Portfolio that clearly demonstrates email design and layout expertise

+ Able to work across multiple clients and balance fast-paced deadlines

+ Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or retail a strong plus

+ Comfortable working fully remotely and communicating asynchronously when needed
