Description We are looking for a skilled Paralegal to join our team in Dallas, Texas, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will provide essential support to attorneys and the corporate secretary by conducting legal research and maintaining accurate records. This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of legal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the migration of corporate entities to a new entity management system, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of entities, directors, managers, and officers, and ensure all filings with government authorities are completed on time.

• Prepare and file necessary legal documents to adhere to reporting requirements and regulatory standards.

• Organize and manage legal files, databases, and schedules, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.

• Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and other administrative tasks to support legal operations.

• Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Address complex legal issues with minimal supervision, referring only the most challenging matters to senior staff.

• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support attorneys in case preparation and decision-making. Requirements

• Associate’s degree and 4 to 6 years of paralegal experience; a bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate are preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of legal practices and procedures.

• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Experience with claim administration and maintaining compliance with legal regulations.

• Ability to handle complex legal issues independently with exceptional attention to detail.

• Leadership and mentoring experience to effectively support less experienced team members.
