    About the Role:

    In this exciting contract opportunity, the Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing key reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will play a critical role in supporting corporate financial goals and providing accurate insights to internal stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

    + Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in journal entries and reconciliations.

    + Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.

    + Audit financial transactions to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather financial data and improve reporting accuracy.

    + Perform variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.

    Requirements

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

    + Experience: 2-3 years of accounting experience, including general ledger management and financial reporting.

    + Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).

    + Knowledge of Standards: Strong understanding of GAAP and other regulatory standards.

    + Attention to Detail: Outstanding analytical skills and ability to manage data with precision.

    + Strong Communication Skills: Clear, professional interaction with team members and stakeholders.
