Description We are looking for a Sales Support specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will assist with various sales operations, including creating client quotes, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records using specialized tools and systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of web environments and software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage client quotes in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Respond to customer inquiries through Zendesk and other support tools, utilizing predefined macros for efficiency.

• Maintain and update client records in database systems with precision and attention to detail.

• Utilize computer systems and software to perform tasks such as data entry, report generation, and client information management.

• Provide exceptional support to the sales team by addressing operational needs and streamlining processes.

• Troubleshoot client issues by leveraging knowledge of web environments, browsers, and communication platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.

• Assist in auditing and billing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy. Requirements • Proficiency in web environments, including browsers, search engines, and communication tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

• Experience with common software applications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, and Zendesk.

• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, as well as Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of financial services and sales operations is preferred.
