Description We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Providence, Rhode Island. In this role, you will oversee and optimize online retail operations, ensuring exceptional performance and consistent growth. Your expertise in analytics, promotional campaigns, and merchandising will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and improve customer engagement.

• Analyze and interpret data using tools like Google Analytics and AirTable to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.

• Manage merchandising efforts, including product selection, pricing strategies, and inventory optimization.

• Create and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to online platforms.

• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and key metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Automate workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to align e-commerce strategies with broader branding initiatives.

• Utilize AB testing and analytics to refine and optimize advertising efforts.

• Manage and maintain content on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the e-commerce strategy competitive. Requirements • Proven experience in e-commerce management with a strong background in merchandising and analytics.

• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, AirTable, and Excel for reporting and data management.

• Familiarity with backend development, CMS platforms, and CRM systems.

• Knowledge of advertising and campaign planning, including AB testing and Facebook Insights.

• Ability to manage brand awareness initiatives and execute promotional strategies.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
