Description
We are looking for a dedicated Resident Services Specialist to join our team in Marina del Rey, California. This is a contract to hire position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the field of property management. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to residents while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Support property management staff with daily operations and tenant-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and property-related documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address and resolve resident issues promptly.
• Monitor and manage office supplies to ensure efficient operations.
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a detail-oriented and timely manner.
• Organize and schedule appointments or meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures.
Requirements • Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic office skills, including data entry and document organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with property management software or willingness to learn.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
