    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to efficient financial operations by managing invoices, payments, and vendor relationships. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate processing while supporting the organization's financial health.

    Requirements

    + Process a high volume of invoices and verify accuracy, ensuring timely approval and payment.

    + Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve any discrepancies with vendors or internal departments.

    + Maintain organized records of payments for auditing purposes and prepare accounts payable reports.

    + Monitor payment deadlines, perform reconciliations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    + Manage vendor communications to address payment inquiries and build strong relationships.

    + Assist in month-end closing tasks by reconciling accounts payable ledger to the general ledger.

    + Implement and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts payable operations.

    + Excel with pivot tables and v look ups
