Description We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our manufacturing team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Hilmar, California, this role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment and eager to support hiring initiatives with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in screening and evaluating job applicants to identify candidates with relevant experience.

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.

• Utilize Microsoft Outlook to organize calendars, send notifications, and maintain effective communication.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal stakeholders and prospective candidates.

• Maintain accurate records of applicant information and recruitment activities.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to enhance recruitment efforts and support public speaking engagements.

• Collaborate with team members to improve hiring processes and implement new strategies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process. Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.

• At least one year of experience in customer service or an environment requiring attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, including public speaking experience.

• Familiarity with applicant screening and hiring processes.

• Ability to effectively manage scheduling and prioritize tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
