Description We are looking for a Training Specialist to join our team in New York, New York. This long-term contract position focuses on coordinating front desk operations while developing and delivering effective training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and experience managing training materials and sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate front desk operations to ensure smooth daily workflows.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to team needs.

• Create, maintain, and update training materials, including guides and presentations.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training sessions and employee progress.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine training methods.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to training tools, materials, or delivery.

• Manage documentation and reporting for all training activities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint to organize and share training resources.

• Support project management tasks, including timeline planning and materials handling.

• Provide guidance on best practices for service desk and front desk operations. Requirements • Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint and SharePoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to develop and manage training materials effectively.

• Familiarity with training principles, methods, and best practices.

• Demonstrated project management skills, including timeline planning and task prioritization.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to training delivery.
