Our client, a successful Family Law Firm based in the Bay Area, is looking for an experienced Senior Attorney to join their dynamic and collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-stakes legal matters while working in a supportive environment that values work-life balance and continuous growth. Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience handling family law matters, including court appearances and negotiations.

• Proven expertise in managing complex financial divorce cases and contested custody disputes.

• Strong ability to convey value during consultations by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.

• Competitive and tenacious mindset with a passion for advocacy and achieving results.

• Commitment to providing thorough documentation of legal advice to support client understanding and decision-making.

• Certified Family Law Specialist designation or willingness to pursue certification in the near future.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Familiarity with discovery, trial preparation, and client advocacy in family law cases.
