The **Senior Manager, RCM Strategy and Analytics** plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the financial processes within Monte Nido revenue cycle. The primary focus is on ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue-related operations and accurate KPI reporting to maximize revenue and minimize financial risk.

The **Senior Manager, RCM Strategy and Analytics** is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and improving the various components of the revenue cycle to enhance financial performance as well as providing visibility into revenue cycle key performance indicators to Monte Nido leadership. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging data analytics, and assisting to implement best practices to streamline revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Data Analysis:

1. Assist in bringing together and normalizing system data from disparate platforms.

2. Reconcile and produce GL data files to feed Monte Nido accounting systems.

3. Analyze financial data related to revenue cycle operations, identify trends, and generate reports to assess performance.

4. Generate monthly revenue cycle performance reporting package for leadership.

5. Utilize analytical tools and software to interpret and present data, providing actionable insights for decision-making. Including work queues for various revenue cycle teams.

2. Process Optimization:

1. Evaluate existing revenue cycle processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

2. Assist in implementing changes and enhancements to optimize billing, coding, and collection processes.

3. Financial Performance Monitoring:

1. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle operations, such as days in accounts receivable, denial rates, and collection rates.

2. Proactively address issues impacting financial performance and recommend solutions.

4. Collaboration:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, billing, coding, and clinical staff, to ensure alignment of revenue cycle processes with organizational goals.

2. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address concerns and implement improvements.

5. Technology Utilization:

1. Leverage revenue cycle management software and other technological tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

2. Provide support for system implementations or upgrades related to revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.

+ Proven experience in revenue cycle operations within a healthcare setting or similar industry.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.

+ Knowledge of healthcare billing and coding practices.

+ Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Certification in Revenue Cycle Management (CRCR, CHFP, etc.) preferred

+ Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools preferred

+ Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau or other Business Intelligence reporting tools preferred
