Position Description:

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team, specializing in specific business processes and responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives in alignment with the organization's business plan and industry requirements. This role involves acting as a key member of a project team, providing technical guidance on the business implications of applying various systems.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

-Act as an expert in specific business processes, responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization’s business plan and industry requirements within the Oracle EBS 12.x framework.

-Serve as a member of project teams, providing technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems.

-Conduct comprehensive fit-gap analyses to evaluate how well proposed solutions meet business needs within the current EBS R12.x framework and during the planning stages of potential cloud migration.

-Translate complex business needs into clear, unambiguous, and detailed functional specifications (e.g., using Oracle AIM methodology documents like MD050), technical specifications, workflow diagrams, process maps, and use cases suitable for development, configuration, and testing teams.

-Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other IT professionals.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-Clearance: Secret Clearance Required

-Certifications: Must have an ACTIVE Project Management Professional (PMP) certification OR other similar certification

-Must have 4+ years of relevant experience as a Business System Analyst / Business Analyst or in a similar role focused on ERP systems.

-Education: Must have a bachelor’s degree.

-Oracle Expertise: Demonstrated deep expertise and hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) version 12.x.

-Process/Tool Familiarity: Must have experience working with some of the following or knowledge of:

-Product Support Management (PSM)

-Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF)

-ARIS system engineering tool

-SAP products for ERP

-Software Proficiency: Must have demonstrable experience with the following programs:

-MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

-Project Management software

-Excellent oral and written communication skills.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $80,800.00 - $115,300.00.
