This contract Receptionist position is a terrific opportunity and is based in the Vienna, Virginia area. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring smooth communication and efficient office operations.

Your responsibilities in this role

- Handle and route all incoming phone calls

- Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies

- Manage various office files and provide general office filing support

- Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support

- Assist in maintaining the office environment, replenishing breakroom and office supplies as needed.

- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, and filing. Additional administrative tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Proficiency in data entry

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Willing to work various shifts when needed.
