    What You Bring

     

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    + Wizard-level skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

    + Experience building design systems and rocking CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and Git.

    + A knack for performance optimization and website monitoring to keep things blazing fast.

    + Stellar communication and leadership chops to guide teams and wow stakeholders.

    Requirements

    Technical Skills:

    + Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

    + Experience designing and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.

    + Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Git, GitHub, and branching strategies (e.g., Git Flow).

    + Expertise in website monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques for fast, reliable applications.

    Professional Skills:

    + Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, conducting code reviews and fostering collaboration.

    + Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions and engage with stakeholders.

    + Strong organizational skills to manage projects, resolve dependencies, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    •Experience: Demonstrated track record in front-end architecture, coding standards enforcement, and integrating new technologies.
