Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Brentwood, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and enhancing financial models, analyzing business performance, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the financial success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and merger and acquisition activities.
• Conduct comprehensive financial and operational analyses, including variance analysis between budgeted and actual figures, to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify opportunities for business improvements.
• Lead the preparation and coordination of monthly and quarterly forecasts by gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams across finance, accounting, and operations to streamline processes and improve the accuracy of financial reports.
• Support the implementation and optimization of new financial systems and workflows to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights and trends.
• Assist in preparing materials and presentations for stakeholders, including executive management and investors.

Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience, ideally within a private equity-backed organization.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and FP& A (Financial Planning and Analysis) processes.
• Advanced analytical skills with expertise in data mining, financial modeling, and interpreting complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and financial modeling techniques.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and with various stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
