    Description

    Our hospitality client is seeking a Bilingual Spanish HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations and serve as a key liaison between HR and a diverse workforce. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, people-focused professional fluent in both English and Spanish.

    Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate onboarding processes, new hire paperwork, and orientations

    + Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases

    + Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures

    + Support internal HR communications and assist with document translation

    + Help coordinate employee engagement activities and company events

    + Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + 1–3 years of HR experience; hospitality industry background preferred

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required)

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

    + Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
