• Enterprise AI Solution Architect

    Description

    We are seeking an Enterprise AI Solution Architect to drive the development, integration, and governance of AI initiatives across our enterprise. This role will own the end-to-end process of prototyping, evaluating, and implementing AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in AI/ML systems, experience working with vendors, and a passion for shaping AI strategy within a manufacturing environment.

    AI Solution Development:

    • Prototype and iterate on AI/ML features (including LLMs) using Python and Azure-based platforms (Azure AI Studio, Fabric).

    • Partner with development teams to transition proof-of-concept into production.

    • Ensure AI systems integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise stack (C#, SQL Servers, APIs).

    Research & Vendor Scouting:

    • Research emerging trends (AI agents, LangChain, new LLM models).

    • Evaluate tools and vendor solutions (e.g. ClickUp, Salesforce Agent Force) and recommend fit-for-purpose tools and technologies.

    Governance & Compliance:

    • Document project goals, risks, mitigations, and guide initiatives through the AI Steering Committee.

    • Enforce and evolve internal AI policies and data governance practices.

    Communication and Education:

    • Prepare and draft executive briefings.

    • Provide material for periodic “AI at Monster” newsletter

    • Conduct training sessions for technical and non-technical staff

    Metrics and Reporting:

    • Design and maintain dashboards tracking AI adoption, model performance, and compliance policies.

    • Regularly report on project progress and risk posture.

    Process Ownership:

    • Own the AI onboarding and approval workflow end-to-end

    • Ensure clear hand-offs and comprehensive documentation

    Success Measures:

    • Document goals, scope, and risk posture for all active AI projects.

    • Deliver one successful PoC and one vendor evaluation memo.

    • Launch quarterly newsletter and one executive update per quarter.

    • Ensure full adoption of the AI governance workflow using tracking dashboards.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

    • Minimum 5 years of related experience

    • Proficiency in in Python, C#, and React

    • Microsoft Azure (Fabric, AI Studio, Functions, DevOps)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Coursework in at least two of: Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs, Graph ML, or AI Security.

    • Hands-on class or project experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras and data libraries (Pandas, NumPy).

    • Familiarity with AI-risk frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001) or willingness to ramp up quickly.

    • Experience contributing to open-source AI projects or hackathons.

    • Knowledge of data privacy, Responsible AI, and model-monitoring best practices.

    • Basic understanding of prompt-engineering patterns and agent orchestration.
