    Job Description

    The Outdoor Activities Supervisor will be responsible for organizing, planning, and overseeing the execution of Outdoor Activities while reporting to the Director of Recreation.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    + Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to our guests and employee partners

    + Work with Director of Recreation to ensure excellence and quality in service and products/offerings as well as drive revenue in all activities on property.

    + Direct and lead Outdoor activities staff ensuring the vision is understood and executed.

    + Create and update SOP’s for all activities.

    + Supervise and orchestrate all Outdoor Activities and equipment involved.

    + Work with Director of Recreation on scheduling staff for Team Building and group events.

    + Work with Director of Recreation scheduling Outdoor Activities staff.

    + Assist with development of new programs.

    + Create and update MOS checklist for Outdoor Activities.

    + Work with Associate Services on recruiting and training.

    + Inspect all Activity Vehicles daily – entering any issues in Synergy

    + Understand the financial goals of Omni and how it relates to the Trilogy

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    + Must be 18 years of age

    + Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR requirements

    + CPR, AED and Basic First Aid certification or willing to obtain

    + Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and occasional evenings.

    + Must be willing and able to work in unfavorable weather.
