    We are searching for the Southern California Operations lead.

     

    We are starting services in the Southern California area. This is an office-based position that requires frequent travel and overnight stays, depending on the location.

    Job Description:

    Establishing new locations that may require extended or overnight stays. Assist in training the manager and direct care staff to provide exceptional customer service. This position will develop and maintain strong relationships with Regional Center staff. Collaborate with the recruiter to facilitate orientations and onboard new hires. This role can be based in either the Los Angeles or Garden Grove area.
