A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)

As part of the Business Controlling team for Gas Services

Region North America, you will be responsible for fulfilling accounting,

forecasting, and reporting requirements while coordinating, reviewing,

analyzing, and consolidating feedback to your internal customers and partners.

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

You will gain valuable experience and knowledge in these

areas while working with several cross-functional teams and multiple levels of

management to improve existing processes and approaches.

+ Actas a member of the business controlling team providing transparency anddeveloping/improving processes to assist with financial performance.

+ Supportmonth end closing and reporting, including journal entry preparation, EPM+validations review and clearing, quarterly ADSTAR, and miscellaneousreporting

+ Performaccount reconciliations

+ Supportquarterly and annual KPMG Audit

+ Supporttax process including annual tax packages preparation, transfer pricing,and state sales tax

+ Performfinancial planning, forecasting, controlling, and consolidating budgetdata (including top-down and bottom-up plans) while ensuring compliancewith Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines and other accountingstandards

What You Bring (requirements)

+ Bachelorsor equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance

+ 5+years of successful experience Accounting and/or Finance with the abilityto handle multiple topics and manage time appropriately

+ Stronganalytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy; dedicated andresourceful to achieve goals and be proactive in problem solving; flexibleand able to adapt in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment with tightdeadlines

+ Ableto optimally complete tasks as assigned in an efficient manner and withina reasonable amount of time; must take responsibility for and ownership ofassigned tasks with demonstrated ability to learn tasks quickly.

+ Ableand willing to work overtime, at month end and during the month if/whenneeded

+ Proventrack record to collaborate cross-functionally with departments such asFinance, Engineering, and Field Service; strong Microsoft Excel skillswith familiarity in Alteryx a plus; willing to travel up to 5% as needed.

+ Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power

generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power

generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.

Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and

digitalization of the fleet.
