    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PRN NIGHT

     

    Hours:** **As Needed 4 (12-hour) shifts within 6 weeks

     

    Sign On Bonus:** **$1,000

     

    Pay:** **$21.50** **per hour

     

    _competitve shift differentials for night and weekend shifts_

     

    Here, you willprovide advanced treatment and comprehensive care to best address the medical, physical, emotional and vocational challenges for individuals with brain injuries,spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiples traumas.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    Certified Nursing Assistants work collaboratively with our nursing and therapy teams and assist patients in their rehabilitation process. They are obtaining vital signs, help the patient with daily activities, promptly answering call lights, reporting any issues or progress observed, and reinforcing rehab techniques as assigned by the therapy team.

    Qualifications

    Minimum requirements:

    + You will have a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + Nursing Assistant Certification required.

    + BLS required within 90 days of hire.

    + Requires hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant, or experience in a related field such as a medical assistant or as an actively enrolled nursing student.

    Preferred qualifications that will make you successful:

    + You have an extensive knowledge of basic nursing techniques and procedures, aseptic practices and cardio-pulmonary techniques.

     

    Nursing students may be considered as nurse assistants if approved by the State Practice Act.
