Job Summary

As a Product Consultant specializing in Mendix you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative solutions within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive business growth. Responsibilities

+ Develop and implement Mendix-based solutions to address complex business challenges in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable applications

+ Provide technical expertise in Mendix to optimize application performance and user experience

+ Oversee the integration of Mendix applications with existing systems to ensure seamless functionality

+ Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables

+ Support the deployment and maintenance of Mendix applications ensuring minimal downtime

+ Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions

+ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in Mendix

+ Monitor industry trends and advancements in Mendix to keep solutions up-to-date

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all developed solutions

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to align product development with business objectives

+ Document all processes and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing

+ Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Mendix applications to ensure user satisfaction

Qualifications

+ Possess strong expertise in Mendix development and implementation

+ Demonstrate experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain is a plus

+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively

+ Show proficiency in application integration and performance optimization

+ Have a solid understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements

+ Display effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
