Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a large manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Production Manager in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities** **include but are not limited to:

+ Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities and drive continuous improvement.

+ Oversee fabrication processes, including material handling, welding (manual and robotic), and coating.

+ Lead, mentor, and support production supervisors and support staff.

+ Ensure products are made on time and within budget

+ Ensure products meet quality standards

+ Identify problems and take corrective action

+ Communicate with all levels of the plant.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or engineering

+ 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and supervision

+ Experience with fabrication and heavy equipment manufacturing, welding, laser cutting, robotics, lean production principles and metrics.

**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
