• 2nd shift Production

    Adecco US, Inc. (Browns Summit, NC)


    Purpose of Position:

    • This position is to supervis production lines with inspecting bottles, hand stacking finished product on pallets, load raw material on the production lines (cardboard boxes, pills, and cartons).

    • This position is based out of the P&G facility in Greensboro, NC.

    • Associate must be flexible to report within 24 hours of callback.

    • Position is a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for helping support multiple production lines.

    • Serve as a back up to other Light Industrial as needed for each line.

    • Responsible for inspecting product for defective packaging.

    • Responsible for verifying correct material.

    • Able to lift up to 20lbs.

    • Standing 8 hours

    • Responsible for loading pills in to hopper.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Measures of Performance:

    • Verifying material moving on conveyor belts.

    • Productivity

    • Adherence to work schedule and plant rules and conduct.

    • Quality and workmanship

    • Ability to operate in a team environment

    Background and Skills:

    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

    • Ability to use basic math skills.

    • RTCIS user skills desired, but will train.

    • Experience with electric pallet jacks.

    • Ability to operate independently and in a team environment.

     

    While performing the duties of this job an associate is required to stand for long hours; walk; sit; use hands, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; use verbal and written communication with other associates see, understand & communicate in English, and have good listening skills.

    **Pay Details:** $14.30 per hour
