HVAC Technician – Full-Time, On-Site | Plymouth, MA

**Pay Range:** $26–$33/hour

Position Overview:

Seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Install HVAC units, ductwork, and thermostats

+ Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

+ Diagnose and repair HVAC issues

+ Replace parts and manage inventory

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards

+ Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Technical training or apprenticeship required

+ Minimum 2 years of experience preferred

+ Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

+ Proficient with HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment

+ Ability to read manuals and follow instructions

Physical Requirements:

+ Able to work in extreme temperatures

+ Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

+ Comfortable with prolonged standing, kneeling, crawling, and ladder use
