Responsibilities for Benefits & Leaves Specialist include but are not limited to:
+ Administer U.S. employee benefits and leave programs, including PTO and Paid Leaves
+ Conduct audits and correct timekeeping data in Workday
+ Run reports and analyze data related to benefits and pension plans
+ Draft internal communications using email and VIVA Engage
Candidates for Benefits & Leaves Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ 5–8 years of U.S. leave of absence administration experience
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
+ Strong knowledge of U.S. leave laws and compliance practices
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

**Pay Details:** $38.00 to $40.00 per hour
