**Adecco is assisting a global healthcare company in recruiting for a remote Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM)** to support healthcare providers and patients in navigating reimbursement challenges. Responsibilities for the Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:

+ Deliver on-site and virtual education to physician offices on benefit investigations, prior authorization, co-pay assistance, and appeals

+ Provide expert reimbursement support, including billing, coding, and claims assistance across Buy & Bill, Specialty, and Retail pharmacy workflows

+ Interface with healthcare providers, conduct outbound calls, and coordinate appointments to resolve patient access issues

+ Develop and maintain facility databases and CRM activity logs for client reporting

+ Collaborate with internal hub support teams, payers, and manufacturer representatives

+ Travel throughout the Florida territory up to 80% of the time to support customer needs

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience

+ Minimum 8 years of healthcare reimbursement experience

+ Experience with Medicare, commercial insurance, and specialty pharmacy

+ Prior experience in oncology, dermatology, neurology, rheumatology, or cardiology support preferred

+ Field reimbursement or account management experience strongly preferred

+ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

+ Must reside in the Florida territory and be able to travel extensively (up to 80%)

+ Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

**Pay Details:** $54.33 per hour
