Now Hiring: Shipping Clerk / Customer Service Representative

**Location:** Hartsville, SC

Olsten Staffing is currently assisting a valued client in Hartsville in their search for a **Shipping Clerk / Customer Service Representative** . This dynamic position goes beyond typical customer service-you'll be wearing many hats and supporting a variety of key business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process customer orders and invoices

+ Create and manage shipping labels

+ Answer phones and respond to emails

+ Provide backup support for labor entry and shipping operations

+ Perform general office duties and data entry

+ Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook effectively

Requirements:

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and bend as needed

+ Excellent communication and multitasking skills

+ Flexible and adaptable team player

Work Schedule:

+ **Primary:** Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

+ **Friday:** 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

+ **Note:** Must be available to work **Sunday - Tuesday** as required

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
