**VCA Animal Wellness Center of Maple Grove is seeking a CVPM or experienced, enthusiastic, and committed veterinary hospital manager to join our leadership team in Maple Grove, MN** **.** This role demands a dyanamic indivdidual who enjoys being part of a supportive and dedicated team that focuses on quality patient care and outstanding client service. This individual will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and will be motivated to develop strategies around growing and developing a team while providing an atmosphere of mutual respect.

The ideal candidate will bring their enthusiasm for the veterinary profession as well as their desire to foster career development among the team.

As the face of VCA, the Hospital Manager sets the tone for our practice as we build and maintain each client trust and confidence. The Hospital Manager is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:

+ Excellent client service and patient care

+ Enjoys working with people and animals and it shows

+ Forward thinker, creative, and proactive who is always looking to develop

+ Remains positive and professional in the face of change and is calm under pressure

+ Hiring, coaching and leading growth and development for our team

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to make decisions, delegate responsibility and achieve results.

+ Dissecting finanical data while searching for opportunity to grow the hospital

+ A task master with excellent follow up and follow through, with a strong ablity to manage workload priorities

+ Hospital and equipment maintenance

+ Purchasing and cost of goods management

+ Champion of excellent culture and leads with an open door policy
