• 2nd Shift Supervisor

    Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for 2nd and 3rd shift supervisors located in Florence, South Carolina

     

    We are seeking candiates who value safety, efficiency, and leaders.

     

    The Plant Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations during their assigned shift. This role is critical in ensuring safety standards are upheld, production goals are met, and employees are coached and supported in a fast-paced industrial environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Supervise, lead, and coordinate production activities for the assigned shift

    + Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed consistently

    + Monitor production output to meet or exceed targets and quality standards

    + Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to plant personnel

    + Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively

    + Maintain accurate shift reports and ensure proper communication between shifts

    + Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and other departments as needed

    Qualifications:

    + High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

    + Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

    + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand setting

    + Knowledge of lean manufacturing, OSHA safety standards, and quality control processes is a plus

    + Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift as required

     

    2nd Shift $22.00 Hourly

     

    3rd Shift $23.50 Hourly

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $23.50 per hour
