Job Posting: Studio Merchandise Coordinator

We are seeking a **Studio Merchandise Coordinator** to join our dynamic team! This role is critical to the smooth operation of our photo studio, ensuring merchandise is accurately received, tracked, staged, and shipped. Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage all inbound and outbound merchandise operations: staging, receiving, inventory put-away, and shipping

+ Support daily merchandising tasks to prepare for photo shoots

+ Partner closely with studio and pre-production teams to meet delivery and production timelines

+ Evaluate merchandise quality and consistency throughout the studio workflow

+ Digitally and physically tag and track merchandise, ensuring accurate status and timely returns

+ Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain organized storage areas

+ Process liquidation of merchandise post-production

+ Communicate merchandise issues promptly to leads and supervisors

+ Complete daily, weekly, and seasonal duties accurately and on schedule

+ Adapt to changing priorities and perform additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

+ 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, retail, customer service, or stockroom environments

+ Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset

+ Technical aptitude; advanced Excel skills a plus

+ High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities

+ Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment

+ Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

+ Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stretch, stand for long periods, and climb stairs

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
