Responsibilities for a Claims Adjuster include but are not limited to:
• Analyze and process complex auto and commercial transportation claims, including bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims
• Review coverage, complete investigations, determine liability, and evaluate the scope of damages
• Manage litigation processes and coordinate with vendors, including independent adjusters
• Develop and maintain action plans to ensure timely resolution and compliance with state requirements
Candidates for Claims Adjuster must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Minimum of five (5) years of claims management experience, including bodily injury and liability handling
• Must hold a P&C license for resident state; additional state licenses highly preferred
• Experience with no-fault (PIP), subrogation, and risk transfer; litigation handling experience required for some roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and present cases to stakeholders

**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
