Description

The Astir Callowhill, a newly constructed 149-unit apartment community located at 1314 Spring Garden Street in Philadelphia, is hiring for a Community Manager! The ideal candidate will have experience managing Class A communities and knowledge of the Philadelphia market. Prior lease-up experience is also a plus.

Your main priorities are:

+ Managing all on-site operations including leasing, marketing, maintenance, and finances

+ Leading by example, role modeling Scully Company’s core values and infusing your property with Scully Culture

+ Creating and maintaining the annual property budget

+ Driving sales, marketing, and operations to achieve occupancy goals and maximize resident retention in line with budget expectations.

+ Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial and operational reports for clients

+ Sustaining deep expertise in competitive market trends and insights

+ Developing your staff through training and mentoring

+ Cultivating vendor relationships

+ Inspecting the property regularly to make sure that the site is in tip top shape

+ Lead leasing tours as needed

Requirements

+ Prior experience as a Community Manager/Property Manager or Assistant Community Manager in Multi-Family Property Management (3+ years)

+ CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) or CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification a plus

+ A college degree or 3 years of experience as a CM/ACM in Multi-Family.

+ Top-notch communication skills for your work with staff, residents, vendors/contractors, partner

+ Stellar time management skills

+ A love of technology and ability to adapt quickly to new software
