As a Senior Internal Communications Specialist here at Advanced Materials, you will be a key member of our communications team, accountable for developing and executing strategic communication plans. You will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining how we stand up the new company and its communities among our global team. Your expertise in content development, creative storytelling, and community engagement will be instrumental in helping us build a strong employee network that is both engaged in and passionate about the future of Advanced Materials.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Develop and implement strategic external communication plans to enhance the company's brand and reputation
+ Create and manage content for press releases, media pitches, articles, and other external communication materials
+ Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers
+ Manage crisis communication and issues management
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives

YOU MUST HAVE
+ 6+ years of experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies for internal audiences.
+ Tech Savvy with Design skills experience that can be provided upon request.
+ Technical skills including proficiency in O365 ( **SharePoint** , Power Automate, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Copilot) and experience in creating polished and compelling videos and simple infographics.
+ Successful track record developing and implementing innovative corporate communications campaigns using a broad array of multi-media tactics.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
