    Workflow Specialist

     

    As a **Workflow Specialist** here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing workflow processes across various departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that streamline operations and increase productivity. You will report directly to our **Manager of Operations** and you’ll work out of our **Phoenix, Arizona** location on an Onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall operational efficiency of the organization by ensuring that workflows are designed and executed in a manner that maximizes productivity and minimizes waste.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.

    • Develop and implement workflow optimization strategies and best practices.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in workflow processes.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • 5+ years of experience in workflow optimization or a related field.

    • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.

    • Proficiency in workflow management software and data analysis tools.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

    • Experience in project management and process mapping.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
