As a Data Analytics Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to support business growth and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of analytics professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing analytical models, and delivering actionable insights. Designing and delivering reports, dashboards, and visualizations will be another important aspect of your role. You will utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, making complex data more accessible and understandable. This will enable stakeholders to make informed decisions based on the insights provided. Utilizing statistical techniques and predictive modeling will be crucial in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and optimization. By analyzing data, you will provide strategic recommendations to business leaders, helping them make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives.
You will report directly to our 1 and you will work out of our 2 location on a 3 work schedule. Key Responsibilities
+ Lead a team of analytics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive high-quality work and achieve team goals
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities where analytics can provide valuable insights
+ Develop and implement analytical strategies and methodologies to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights
+ Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and optimization
+ Work closely with business leaders to understand their analytical needs and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights
+ Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in analytics and data science, and identify opportunities to leverage new tools and technologies
+ Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the analytics process
+ Manage and prioritize multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
+ Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the analytics team
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 6 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field
+ Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing a team of analytics professionals
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
+ Proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques
+ Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
+ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
+ Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

+ Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
+ Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques is a plus
