Job Title: Senior Technical RecruiterJob Description

Join our innovative metal 3D printing startup as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where you will play a pivotal role in building the team responsible for creating advanced metal 3D printing machines. This high-visibility position offers the opportunity to gain experience in scaling a startup into a global organization, with future leadership prospects.

Responsibilities

+ Provide a high-touch experience throughout the recruiting process with internal stakeholders and candidates, while continuously maintaining an active pipeline and supporting critical, hard-to-fill technical positions.

+ Execute full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, managing candidate debriefs, extending, and closing offers.

+ Collaborate with company leadership to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.

+ Mentor other recruiters on the team.

+ Contribute to building and scaling talent acquisition and people operations functions such as candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, intern/university recruiting, and new hire onboarding.

+ Analyze data, track metrics, and develop innovative methods to enhance talent acquisition processes.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 4+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.

+ 6+ years of technical recruiting experience.

+ At least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience.

+ Ability to provide legal proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in technical engineering recruiting.

+ Proficiency in full cycle recruiting.

Work Environment

Our facility is located in Hawthorne, spanning 20,000 square feet, featuring large open spaces for team collaboration, R&D, and production. It offers easy access to the 405, 105, and 110 freeways and is situated in the heart of LA’s vibrant emerging tech ecosystem alongside many high-growth startups.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00/yr.

We are located in Hawthorne in a 20,000 square foot, state of the art facility featuring large open spaces for team collaboration, R&D, and production, as well as easy access to the 405, 105, and 110 freeways. Our facility is in the heart of LA’s vibrant emerging tech eco-system alongside many other high growth start-ups and enterprises.
