    Job Title: Project/Program Manager III

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic marketing team to manage the production and execution of creative and technical finishing of AV assets. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables, while reporting to the Lead of AV Finishing. This role requires expertise in technical requirements, logistics, and maintaining production calendars.

    Responsibilities

    + Handoff of locked creative assets for mix, color, QC, and delivery.

    + Collaborate with creative, campaign management, and localization teams.

    + Maintain vendor content security using platforms like START portal, Flow Capture, Box, and Pix.

    + Book mix and DI sessions; coordinate attendance of creative leads and filmmakers when necessary.

    + Facilitate creative approvals of masters.

    + Manage the flow of finishing materials, including music licensing and network clearances.

    + Execute clearance processes and manage international routing.

    + Maintain standards for branding, exports, and social media specifications.

    + Provide timeline inputs for finishing milestones and proactively manage scheduling issues.

    + Coordinate with localization teams to set expectations and provide elements for accelerated localization.

    + Establish and manage relationships with Studios Post production and VFX.

    + Execute final QC, approvals, and delivery to vaults; manage Smartsheet trackers and internal communications.

    Essential Skills

    + 7 years minimum experience in feature, series, or marketing post production.

    + 5 years minimum experience managing multi-faceted teams with numerous stakeholders.

    + High-level experience with digital and broadcast TV finishing processes.

    + Deep technical knowledge of AV specs, formats, and pipelines.

    + Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong communication and technical skills.

    + Experience managing post-production teams, timelines, and budgets.

    + Fluency in AV formats and understanding of asset management.

    + Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Avid, and project management software.

    + Knowledge of Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Calm under pressure with a project management experience.

    + Technical experience with finishing skills.

    + Experience in agencies or studios such as Netflix, Paramount, Peacock, Picturehead, Pixwel, Stampede, Warner Brothers, Pixel Logic, Technicolor, Streamland, or Wiser Post.

    Work Environment

    Work within a fast-paced studio team, focused on high-end films and series. The team is expanding to accommodate project demands, providing an exciting and dynamic work environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
