    Director of Operations Support

     

    Assist FOG by providing advisory assistance and support for the development, population and maintenance of databases for the storage, retrieval, and tracking of key division metrics, and other division data as required.

     

    Assist the FOG by providing advisory assistance and support in areas to include, but not limited to, military correspondence to include senior level experience in writing Officer Performance Reports, Enlisted Performance Reports, Performance Recommendation Forms (PRFs), database management, screening office visitors, security access management support for secure facility, and data systems.

     

    Work back fill actions for military (officers and enlisted) with projected departure dates and assist unit leaders/supervisors in assessing qualifications of possible fill candidates and availability for candidates to permanent change of station or permanent change of assignment.

     

    Facilitate gathering of background information and read ahead materials for internal and external meetings to prepare DC and DDC to make major personnel and programmatic decisions.

     

    Support the AFLCMC/WII DC, DDC, and CE by providing them with executive level operations support by facilitating efficient communications flow between the DC/DDC/CE and their direct reports, prime weapon system Contractors and HHQ leaders and staffs.

     

    Schedule and coordinate HHQ meetings and briefings, and shall task briefing preparers with schedule submission times.

     

    Lead Division and Directorate Program Integration offices to review HHQ taskings and ensure that DC and/or DDC review for approval.

     

    Support the FOG in reviewing organizational processes to identify potential improvement areas. The Contractor shall provide recommended solutions for government consideration.

     

    Assist the FOG by providing both written and oral recommendations for process & product improvements for government considerations.
