    JOB SUMMARY

    The administrative assistant provides office coordination and ensures the smooth operation of daily business.

    JOB DUTIES

    + Answering the telephone

    + Assisting in accounting activities

    + Compiling call runs

    + Averaging sales

    + Tracking closing ratios

    + Tracking agreement renewals

    + Some nights and weekends as needed

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    + Knowledge of Office programs

    + Typing skills

    + Filing and organization

    + Shipping

    + Other administrative duties

    + Computer with Internet

    + Phone
