    Stratasys is seeking a **dynamic and strategic HR Program Manager** to lead enterprise-wide initiatives at the intersection of **Learning & Development, Change Management, and Project Execution** .

     

    This is a high-impact opportunity to play a central role in shaping how our global workforce learns, grows, and adapts in a time of transformation and innovation.

    Key Responsibilities

    Learning & Development – 60%

    + Design and deploy scalable learning programs, including on-the-job training, eLearning, and blended models.

    + Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to close skills gaps and build future-ready capabilities.

    + Apply adult learning principles to ensure training is relevant, engaging, and retained.

    + Monitor success through coaching tools, feedback loops, and development plans.

    Change Management – 20%

    + Partner with HR and business leaders to lead people-centered change initiatives.

    + Develop communication strategies and change roadmaps that drive adoption and readiness.

    + Facilitate stakeholder alignment through workshops, resources, and action plans.

    Project Management – 20%

    + Lead HR-focused projects from concept to completion.

    + Create timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates to ensure initiatives are on track.

    + Align execution with business goals, maintaining agility and accountability.

    Required Qualifications:

    + **Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.**

    + **5+ years of progressive experience in L&D, change management, or HR program/project management.**

    + **Demonstrated success in implementing learning strategies and leading change.**

    + **Strong project management skills; PMP, Agile, or similar certification a plus.**

    + **Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.**

    + **Ability to thrive in a global, matrixed environment.**

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + **Familiarity with compliance training and LMS systems.**

    + **Experience with instructional design and digital learning tools.**

    + **Consulting background or exposure to HR transformation initiatives.**

    + **Comfort using metrics and KPIs to evaluate training impact.**

    For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $85,000- $120,000 base salary, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
