Job Title: Financial Analyst III (Services Finance- Finance Analyst)Job Description

This position supports the AMP Subscriptions Finance team in ongoing reporting, analysis, and quarter-end close tasks. Responsibilities include SAP table maintenance, subscription and financial data aggregation for weekly reporting, promotional deal tracking, ad hoc analysis, and assistance with quarter-end JV preparations, reconciliations, and reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring the AMP Finance organization operates efficiently and that financial records are accurately stated at each quarter-end.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain SAP tables and aggregate subscription and financial data for weekly reporting.

+ Track promotional deals and conduct ad hoc analysis.

+ Assist with quarter-end JV preparations, reconciliations, and reporting.

+ Ensure the organization operates in an organized and efficient manner.

+ Help ensure accurate financial records at each quarter-end.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in financial analysis, SAP, Business Objects, Tableau, and Excel.

+ Experience with quarter-end close and financial reporting.

+ 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

+ Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

+ Experience with enterprise software systems, preferably SAP.

+ Bachelor’s degree, with Finance or Accounting being a plus.

+ A 'can-do' attitude with an interest in taking on new responsibilities and learning new things.

Work Environment

Hybrid work environment, with in-office presence required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the Cupertino, CA location.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.69 - $62.69/hr.
