    Job Title: HR Business PartnerJob Description

     

    As an HR Business Partner, you will be accountable for strategically partnering with the business to ensure the organization's short-term and strategic goals are achieved through effective human capital utilization. You will provide strategic advice and consulting on key human capital issues, leveraging tools, data, and analysis to support decision-making and align with the overall people strategy.

    Responsibilities

    + Work closely with leaders to ensure that needs are voiced to Talent leadership and gather feedback on Talent service delivery quality.

    + Responsible for strategic workforce planning across facilities, ensuring resource alignment with organizational needs.

    + Support the business in delivering special projects such as business reorganization and strategic talent programs.

    + Monitor and report on key Talent performance metrics, productivity standards, and SLAs to ensure quality service and timely issue resolution.

    + Proactively identify and escalate issues to Talent leadership as appropriate.

    + Leverage Talent programs and processes to develop and maintain the desired organizational culture.

    + Ensure Talent programs and policies comply with regulatory requirements and align with overall organizational policies.

    + Partner with fellow Business Partners, Recruiters, Solution Center caregivers, and Talent leadership to ensure alignment with the overall people strategy and business needs.

    + Serve as an advisor to business leaders throughout the acute care transformation process.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.

    + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong diplomacy and adaptability to contend with exposure to upper management.

    + Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.

    + Experience with personnel data systems and Talent Management systems like Cornerstone is preferred.

    + Must possess strong logic and reasoning skills.

    + Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks efficiently.

    + Ability to work well under time constraints and maintain confidentiality.

    Work Environment

    The work environment will be hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. Details of the hybrid arrangement are being finalized.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $49.00/hr.
