    Job Description:

    This is an in-office position with a hybrid schedule offered.

    Summary

    The Employee Engagement Analyst is responsible for the execution of culture-driven initiatives, including virtual and in-person events, training, workshops, and community-building programs. This role will utilize a combination of cross-functional partnership and data leveraging to provide logistical and analytical support to all engagement initiatives. This candidate should be highly organized, process oriented and have exceptional partnership and interpersonal skills. Whether supporting employee resource groups, appreciation events or swag programs, the analyst is key in developing meaningful and strategic engagement opportunities to boost employee satisfaction and connection.

    Responsibilities

    + Design, promote and execute initiatives that improve employee experience, connection, and recognition

    + Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

    + Build relationships and develop trust with field leadership across the organization to proactively anticipate program needs and improvements

    + Provide engagement leadership with program feedback and data insights to drive continuous improvement

    + Serve as a resource to operational leadership on existing engagement initiatives

    + Execute other value-added projects as needed

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred

    + 2+ years of strategic HR, OD or internal communication experience strongly preferred

    + Project management and change management experience strongly preferred

    + Proficient with Microsoft excel and all other MS Office products

    + Strong time management and organizational skills

    + Strong people skills

    + Able to work with all levels of management

    + Ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous activities

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills
