Maintenance team members must have a strong aptitude for manufacturing equipment and processes. Responsibilities include performing highly diversified duties such as installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic controls as well as hydraulic equipment including CNC brakes, lasers, robots, punch presses and other automated equipment.

Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Exhibit self-motivation and strong communication skills with internal employees and management
• Inspect, operate, or test machinery, equipment, (including mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/fluid systems) to diagnose malfunctions and problems
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and/or schematics, engineering/structural drawings, specifications, diagrams, repair manuals, and catalogs
• Troubleshooting and maintenance/repair on machines, equipment, parts, or devices such as drives, motors, control units or belts, chains, etc.
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic calibration/testing devices or other specialized tools/instruments
• Preventative maintenance to maintain or repair specialized equipment or machinery located in office, or production/manufacturing area
• Disassemble, reassemble, and install, machinery, or equipment
• Clean or lubricate components and subcomponents of machinery, or equipment
• Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, straightedges, or electronic calibration equipment
• Maintain equipment records of installation, inspections, and repairs.
• Ability to cross-train as back-up in other areas of manufacturing plant
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic computer skills
• Maintain OSHA standards and other safety equipment inspections
• General janitorial duties to include stocking paper in bathrooms, clearing drains and mopping up spills
• Maintain a daily, weekly, monthly schedule for planned and performed work
Education/Experience Expectations:
• High School diploma or General Education Degree
• 3-5 years’ maintenance experience
• Experience in manufacturing environment

• Regularly lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds (25), and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds

• Potential to work at different area workstations to meet production needs
