    Job Summary

    The Treasury Analyst is responsible for providing support in the management of the company’s financial transactions, cash flow, and banking activities. This role involves a range of administrative and financial tasks, with a heightened need for accuracy and organizational skills. Responsible for dealing with high-value, time-sensitive, and sometimes confidential financial transactions

    Duties and Responsibilities

    + Reconcile bank accounts monthly

    + Reconcile the daily bank balance in SAP

    + Initiate funds transfers through the appropriate bank or payment portal

    + Reconcile stale dated outstanding checks through research or contact with the vendor/customer

    + Manage petty cash

    + Research fraud claims associated with possible fraudulent checks

    + Maintain records of Treasury activity for audit requests

    + Other duties as assigned

    Skills and Competencies

    + Proficient in Microsoft Excel

    + Proficiency in SAP is preferred

    + Strong oral and written communication skills

    + Detail-oriented and highly organized

    + Proven team player

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university.

    + Minimum of five (5) years of experience

    + An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Treasury experience

    Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

    + Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping

    + Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds

    + Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
