    Emmy Squared Pizza – Green Hills (Nashville, TN) is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team and help lead us to continued success!

    Position Responsibilities:

    As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager and oversee key aspects of day-to-day operations, including:

    + Team Leadership: Supervise daily operations, ensuring FOH and BOH teams follow company standards and deliver top-tier service.

    + Hiring & Training: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to build a high-performing team.

    + Guest Experience: Be present on the floor, interact with guests, and address service concerns to ensure satisfaction.

    + Operational Excellence: Monitor food quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health department regulations.

    + Labor & Scheduling: Help manage labor targets and adjust schedules based on business needs.

    + Meetings & Communication: Lead pre-shift meetings and team training sessions to maintain alignment and boost morale.

    Position Qualifications:

    + At least 1 year of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment

    + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    + Experience with POS, scheduling, and reservation systems (Toast and/or Dolce a plus!)

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure

    + Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

    + Passion for food, hospitality, and creating great guest experiences

    + Physically able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.

    + Able to stand/walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, and reaching overhead
