    We are seeking a customer experience focused Retail Service Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring outstanding customer service, overseeing retail operations, and developing our staff. You will assist customers with their banking needs while leading a team of Personal Bankers. The Retail Service Operations Lead is expected to maintain a daily cash drawer and continue to perform duties at or above the level of the Bankers they supervise.

     

    This is an in-office position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist customers with various banking and financial needs, including transactions, account openings, maintenance requests, and education on ancillary products and services.

    + Demonstrate and coach customer service strategies and techniques to deepen new and existing customer relationships.

    + Ensure compliance with all frontline policies, procedures, and processes, holding direct reports accountable.

    + Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires, along with ongoing training for retail bankers as needed.

    + Create and maintain staffing schedules to meet branch business coverage needs.

    + Supervise Personal Banker I and II level employees, providing guidance and support as required.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor-s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.

    + Proven experience in retail banking or customer service, with a strong understanding of banking products and services.

    + Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

    + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    + Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
