• Clinical Unit Supervisor

    Bear Mountain Health Care (Hanover, NH)


    Hanover Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Nurse Clinical Supervisor.

     

    This professional acts as an extension of the Director of Nursing throughout the facility. Assists with ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes, delivery of quality resident care focused on resident specific interventions.

    General Responsibilities:

    + Direct and assess the quality of care being provided to the residents

    + Assess residents needs and goals

    + Clinical rounds

    + Honor the rights and dignity of residents

    + Assist in developing comprehensive plan of care

    + Oversee and direct care tasks of the units

    + Quality improvement monitoring and implementing of process and procedure.

    Qualifications Required:

    + Active RN or LPN license in NH

    + Previous Skilled Nursing Facility Experience preferred/required

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    + Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team

    Hours:

    Primarily 8am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility required based on needs of the facility. On call rotation required.
