Requirements for Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist (SDC/IP):

+ RN in state of Massachusetts in good standing

+ Infection Preventionist Certification

+ SDC experience preferred

Job Duties for Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist (SDC/IP):

+ Dementia training and policy and procedures

+ Conducts the facility new hire orientation process

+ Participates in the facility Quality assurance process

+ Maintains staff licensure, certification, physicals and immunization for compliance

+ Collecting necessary mandatory education related to fire safety
